We are looking for help with social media management and integration.
Hugs and Smiles Children’s Foundation provides hope and opportunity for children and families of all backgrounds, religions, cultures, and needs. Our mission is to promote unity through all-inclusive, free, and low-cost MUSIC, ART, and DANCE programming. By using Music, Art, and Dance methodology these activities will help increase their community activity. In turn, these programs help these young adults connect, communicate, and collaborate in a safe environment. These programs help inspire them with their accomplishments to create leaders in the community. This can also be instrumental in solving the mental depression and idleness of the elderly by sharing their talents and showcases at senior communities Hugs and Smiles helps children transcend limiting expectations and explore and develop their authentic selves through creativity and education.We have been working and creating 10 6-week virtual music, art, music, and dance classes since covid started. We have been working online and in-person events as well (at least 15 events in-person including 4 summer camp programs). We have done on stage productions with the Special Olympics, Sallarulo race challenge for champions, showcasing our dance groups and our performers singing our original Hugs and Smiles song. We also have been working with Joe DiMaggio Hospital with the children who have cancer in our virtual zoom classes.
We have worked with parks and recreation departments, nonprofit organizations, chambers of commerce, private organizations, restaurants, art galleries, fairs, festivals, churches. Since Sept 2019 my challenge is posting videos and content so they will be seen with a campaign to continue to raise money for our weekend workshops, new office, and rehearsal space for our talented teen showcases for some senior communities. Our new partner is Florida Atlantic University who will be donating 100 musical instruments for us to deliver to our organizations for children in need.
This will then lead us to our gala end of 2022.
We've created and have partnered with Florida Atlantic University, Joe DiMaggio hospital, unicorn foundation for autism, parks and recreations, and other non and for profit organizations for us to move forward in 2022 which will give us more visibility. We're already known in South Florida, however, we started doing in-person events in Sept 2019 and then covid hit. March 2020 when we had many concerts ready to present at different venues for fundraising events. We've done a full production in Dec 2020 with all the children we have worked with the first year of covid. We've done summer camp programs with parks and recreations and still have programs with nonprofit organizations as of now.
I have content but I need help with my social media marketing and integration to have a further reach to help the parents, children, and seniors through the arts. The arts heal the hearts and it is a universal language. There are no barriers when it comes to music, art, or dance. The plan for 2022 is to continue our online classes along with in-person events to raise money. We'll be doing our talented teen contests which will lead to putting on shows for the senior community which will give not only the seniors joy and have something to look forward to, but also give the children the opportunity to show off their accomplishment through our programs. We are looking to turn these children into leaders of the community and help other children in need.

Hugs and Smiles Children's foundation was formed to bring hope, joy and self esteem to children of all backgrounds and special needs through Music, Art and Dance Programs.
Hugs and Smiles provides hope and opportunity for children and families of all backgrounds , ethnicities , religions, color ,cultures and special needs through free and low cost Music, Art ,and Dance classes.
Our MISSION is to promote unity through our Music, Art and Dance programs .By participating in our programs these activities will help increase their community activity. In turn these programs also help these youths connect, collaborate , and communicate in a safe environment. These programs help inspire them with their accomplishments and will help create leaders in the community.
By sharing their talents and performing shows at senior communities this will help alleviate mental depression and idleness of children and the elderly.
Regardless of a family's financial status, children from all walks of life are facing challenges, from financial hardship, to bullying, discrimination because of the color of their skin, religious beliefs, to learning disabilities. In todays' climate we need to do our best to ensure that all children can have a happy, positive and productive path towards a successful life.
Hugs and Smiles programs are focused on the cultural humanities of the arts. Music, Art, and Dance programs are no longer addressed in many schools. We offer workshops, exploration, and opportunities in those areas, as they are known to build confidence, increase self - esteem, and enrich lives.
The arts have been proven to inspire, elevate and ignite the passions of
the individual, allowing the freedom to be fully self-expressed and shine in otherwise unexplored avenues.
ACTION STEPS FOR 2022
After School virtual classes -Oct 2022
4 weeks each , 1 class per week per week for a program starting in Oct.
The youths have their choice of Art or Dance
This will be leading up to our talent TV pilot show.

WE REPRESENT ALL WALKS OF LIFE , FROM RACE, RELIGION , CULTURE, COLOR, SPECIAL NEEDS . THE SHOW IS BASED ON COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS ANDS GIFT CERTIFICATES.FOR THE WINNERS ,
THE WINNER WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SPEAK AND SHOWCASE THEIR ABILITIES TO SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS , ORGANIZATIONS AND SENIOR COMMUNITIES TO SHOW THEY ARE LEADERS IN THEIR COMMUNITY BRINGING JOY , HOPE AND OPPORTUNITIES TO OTHERS. THEY WILL RECEIVE COMMUNITY HOURS FOR WORKING WITH HUGS AND SMILES CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION
BASED ON 1 HOUR HUGS AND SMILES CHILDREN’S COMPETITION SHOW 8-18 ELIMINATING / 2 kids per show until 4 remaining ( can be discussed)
1. 10 kids from all backgrounds and ethnicities- 3 MINUTES total. 2 MINUTES TO SHOWCASE ,30 second intro , 30 second critique from judges
2. 3 judges- at least one celebrity (tbd) and qualified people in their field
3. Host-john . celebrity teen
4. At end of show, 2 children will be eliminated to move forward to the next show
10 ,3 minute sponsor spots throughout the show. Can be 10 seconds ,30 seconds or 1 minute per each slot.
PROBLEM WE ARE SOLVING

The ultimate goal this year will be finding talented teens 10-17 for our TV SHOW for kids starting with a youtube channel hopefully in the fall. We have put on concerts, talent shows, art showings and auctions with the children (and celebrity figures) who have been participating in our after- summer/school programs. This has given these children a sense of accomplishment, hope, and pride. My goal is to help these children learn how to dream and give them the support they need for a fruitful and happy life into their future.
