Would like to learn how to write grants to fund our organization. This is a priority because we are a brand-new organization and do not have funding as of yet. We are working with local and state government agencies to create funding and support opportunities. We are also working with a local university for volunteers with some of our work.

We are a nonprofit created to increase diversity in tech by providing underrepresented and minority low-income students with hands-on, boot camp-style training. The instruction includes direction for both technical and non-technical career paths with an average starting salary of over $80,000. Evolve also provides one-on-one educational support, financial literacy and investment education, and leadership training. By participating in Evolve, students will be able to confidently walk into high-paying careers directly out of high school.

We have a business plan that includes our mission statement, values, and why we exist. We also are planning to meet with community leaders, government officials, and other potential community partners to create partnerships.
