Project Overview
We need a style guide that includes specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements in formats we can use in print and digital. We're looking for a volunteer who's excited about our mission and has experience with brand and voice. This is a highly visible project that will impact us for a long time! This style guide may also include the following:
-Rules and guidelines for staff and board members to maintain brand consistency
-Tone and voice guidelines and examples
-Formatting examples
-Grammar, spelling, and punctuation preferences
-Instructions for utilizing the brand style guide based on communications channel or stakeholder
-The value of a consistent brand and voice
We need guidance to ensure that every touchpoint of our company conveys the right message to potential members and supporters so that they will want to come connect and we can grow. We need expert guidance in this area.
We need brand guidelines (when to use our logo/what we want to look like to the world/fonts) and
physical collateral (PowerPoint template/handout for community events).
We have secured two team members to lead the initiative! We have redesigned our logo and settled on colors and fonts. We'll share our branding goals and our target audiences. Our team will also come prepared with examples of brands we like. We'll share some of our past marketing materials. We are working with a volunteer that is helping us capture data and complete a website analysis. We have completed surveys to learn what our audience wants and needs.
We know that we represent working-class entrepreneurs!
