A Happier, Healthier Me is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on providing health resources and programs to 4–25-year-olds in marginalized communities. Through our interactive, engaging programs, we're transforming the way people think about health by making it accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for all. We believe that every individual deserves to be their best – physically and emotionally.

As the Grant Writer, you will craft compelling grant proposals for our potential donors and sponsors. The proposal should resonate with the heart of our mission, fostering a world where barriers to well-being no longer exist. Our newly established nonprofit is searching for a grant writer to review our outstanding list of grants and write 2-5 grants from said list. We are ideally looking for someone who can help us write up to 5 grant applications, although we are open to accepting someone who needs or wants a shorter time commitment.

We have a team member dedicated to grant writing and have already submitted and received several small grants. Our ideal candidate is someone who can share their expertise in order for us to hone in on capacity-building grants. Someone who has experience applying for the AmeriCorps VISTA grant would be ideal, although not required. These types of grants will allow us to expand the organization and reach a much larger portion of the marginalized communities we already serve.
