We would like to apply for a grant in our area (Tampa, Florida). We have no issue collecting the data for the letter of intent of the full proposal. We'll write copy and supply our mission, but we want to make sure that we present ourselves the best we can since this is our first time, and we have no grant writers on the team. This is not an attempt to pawn the project off but to put our best foot forward.

Our nonprofit is in its infancy. It started as a feel-good project for my daughter and me. Once it yielded results, we turned our newfound passion into a 501c3. Currently, 100% of donations go into resources for the students and schools we work with. Getting this grant will help ensure we can continue to contribute, start my transition to working on it full-time, and build a team that can sustain it for years to come.
