We have a current website, but it needs new plugins and other updates to keep it running accurately and proficiently. I need someone with WordPress knowledge and the ability and time to keep our website updated, add new items when necessary, and keep it up to date. Right now we are overloaded with spam mail as our plugin was deleted and I am not proficient enough to do a reinstall.

This isn't a difficult project but would like for someone to be available when the need arises going forward. Mostly it's just website maintenance that I am not knowledgeable enough in. Our nonprofit is small, our budget tiny but we make great strides and a BIG impact on the children we serve. This makes the functionality of our website extremely important as it keeps us connected to our volunteers and those who help make our mission successful.

We are a small nonprofit that functions in only two states but has a solid backing of partners who depend on us. We have been functioning for over 11 years and are well-established. We have no paid employees, and everyone, including the founder/president, is a volunteer. All our efforts go towards our goal and mission.

Project Sleep Tight donates over 3000+ Sleep Tight totes each year, free of charge, to homeless and displaced children who need childhood essentials to feel cozy and significant. Each Sleep Tight tote contains a blanket, an age-appropriate children's book, a stuffed animal, and a new toothbrush--all tucked inside of a new canvas tote bag. By providing objects of reliable comfort, Project Sleep Tight reduces the effects that homelessness can have and promotes the emotional well-being of the children we serve.

Everything we need is done via our website, which uses WordPress and IONOS software, so should be an easy setup for whoever is chosen to help us. We have had excellent success in the past with all of our Taproot volunteers and hope to do so again. I look forward to your response.
