Project Overview

We're seeking a volunteer to: (1.) create compelling website content for our year-end fundraising efforts and (2.) update it on our WordPress site. We are looking to create a special, fundraising-focused home page dedicated to our year-end campaign. We need to add more information about our impact, our partners and funders, and a thermometer to measure progress.

I also want to include "what's in it for them" to donate and what else they can do to help: volunteer, serve on the board, and start their own friendraiser.

We are at the tipping point. We have a high demand for more services, and we lack the bandwidth to create the infrastructure needed to make our small- but mighty - nonprofit an effective organization that serves youth throughout New England and, later, grows within the US. If you are someone who likes to "build things," is entrepreneurial, and a creator, you will love working with us. In addition to applying your talent and adding to your portfolio, you will be helping youth from underserved communities chart their own pathway to self-sufficiency and a fulfilling career.

We have all of the raw content and data you need to be successful. Once you have completed your assignment, we will launch it right away. Although we start fundraising on Giving Tuesdays, it is just the beginning. We need to go full steam ahead during the month of December, which contains one of the largest donation days of the year. Are you game?
