We need help creating an editable and reproducible template to use for all of our events throughout the year. We are looking for a template that is reusable containing all of the information regarding our events throughout the year. It could be in the form of a brochure that not only invites folks to attend, but shares basic information about the event, what the event is, time, location, who is attending, etc. A template that can be sent out electronically to our shareholders as well as posted to our website. This volunteer work will add value by increasing our visibility, attracting donors and volunteers, raising awareness for our cause, and improving vital communication with our supporters, participants, board members, and staff.

NOTE: I have reserved 1-2 PM and 3:30-4:30 PM EASTERN TIME every Wednesday for Taproot meetings. When proposing meeting times, please take this reserved slot into consideration.
