Project Overview

We're looking for a volunteer to update our organization's logo to make it more compelling, multi-format compatible, and representative of our values and goals. The engagement will occur over several weeks and include an initial brainstorming session to review our current design and garner ideas about what should be represented. The volunteer will then prepare a set of designs that can be reviewed and modified.

Our ideal volunteer has experience designing logos for use in multiple modalities (web, letterhead, social) and will be prepared to show us their portfolio of previous work examples.

2024 is a unique year in that more than 60 countries throughout the world will be holding parliamentary elections. PGA is a membership organization of Parliamentarians and it is likely that we will lose a significant number of members due to retirement and election losses. We will need to conduct a large recruitment effort, and a compelling, modern, and recognizable logo is a critical part of that effort.

We'll share our current logo and current style guidelines with you. We will assemble a small team to conduct the initial discuss and to provide feedback. We will take responsibility for integrating the logo into our website, comms, and existing materials.
