Project Overview
We need a volunteer who has expertise in social media. Ideally, we would like someone to come in and develop a strategy and voice for us to use on our different social media channels and help us understand how to post, repost, tag, etc. And also a strategy on how to grow our audience on all of these channels.
We currently have a big gap in skillset and resources in this area. Not only do we want to keep current volunteers and donors engaged, but we also want to spread the word about WCA (Women's Coaching Alliance). We also have great connections/supporters in the sports space, such as Steve Young, Diana Flores, Tara VanDerveer, etc., and don't use them enough to leverage our brand and organization.
We have accounts set up on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. We have posted in the past when we had other volunteers help us. We are sent content all the time but don't know how to repost or share across all the different mediums.
Nonprofit Overview
We develop female leaders through coaching youth sports. We connect young women who play sports with coaching opportunities, development and mentorship and prepare them to be leaders within and outside of sports.
