Project Overview
I am in need of an updated website that is more responsive and comprehensive. Our website was created using Wix. We would like the website to capture the breadth of work we have done over the past 14 years. It currently has an outdated template, and we would like to incorporate additional media options to improve UI and engagement. We want to improve our loading times, incorporate automation and datasets, and update the aesthetic.
We have been operating going into our 14th year and would like a website that shows the breadth of our work. Over the past two years, we have increased our partners and work and would like to highlight the work and ongoing progress of the organization. Understanding we are a small nonprofit, it would benefit us to minimize the amount of time needed to update our website. Our Executive Council has indicated it would like to have a more appealing comprehensive website.
Once our site is redesigned and updated, we trust we will drive more traffic and improve user experiences. The site helps support our mission by providing an overview of the work we have done, upcoming opportunities, credibility of our programs, officers, and organization expansion.
We have worked with volunteers or different platforms, and it has caused bottlenecks, no product, incurred costs, and difficulty contacting the volunteers. Most of the volunteers were on-the-job learning. We have secured a developer platform for publishing as well as an updated coded website template that shares our work and vision. Once our project is complete, we will update our website, publish it, and garner support to maintain the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the site.
Please help, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
