We're seeking a skilled volunteer to help create a fundraising campaign plan for our organization. They will implement best practices, and strategic timelines, and work with our executive team to craft a sponsorship package. Our goal is to raise a total of $50k by August 1, 2024. This project aims to modernize our fundraising efforts, strategically engage our community both online and in-person, and ultimately achieve our fundraising target.

This initiative advances our mission by transitioning our project from the planning phase to the execution phase. Strategically raising funds will expedite the launch of our pilot program, facilitating the training and matching of doulas with pregnant low-income community members. This crucial step will provide the foundational data necessary to expand our training efforts and establish hospital-doula programs more effectively, ultimately maximizing our impact and outreach.

We have a dedicated team member who will be our volunteer contact for providing all information and/or documents that are needed to develop the fundraising campaign plan, including a generic pre-drafted plan. This team member will be available for any questions or necessary deliberations throughout the project. Our volunteer will be provided with information on our key audiences and organizational key messages. Our executive team members will provide any information needed for the volunteer to draft a sponsorship package. Once a draft is completed, we will review it together to ensure its efficacy and look for areas of improvement for opportunity. We will implement the project based on the fundraising campaign timeline and milestones.
