Help us strengthen our financial management practices! We are looking for a pro bono finance professional to access our QuickBooks account for 2023, analyze it and "clean up" the account in preparation for filing taxes this year.Our nonprofit works to provide wellness for our clients through food security, housing stability, and family enrichment. We work with vulnerable populations, so we want to make sure that we are in the best shape organizationally to support our clients. As we move forward in 2024, we want to be sure that our financial records are in good shape. That allows us to give a clear accounting of our financial activities-which is important to our funders. We want to demonstrate that we are financially prepared to meet the needs of our clients. It would be wonderful to have a pro bono professional help us to achieve our goals!To prepare for this project we have gathered any needed documentation, and are prepared to share access to our financial management tools. We plan to implement the recommendations of this project by making any necessary fixes recommended by our financial professional and using the data developed to properly file financial reports for 2023. We will be available to give additional information and accept guidance throughout the project.
