Project Overview

We are searching for a volunteer experienced in engaging community members through social media channels.

Our start-up nonprofit needs help with creating a social media calendar that focuses on engaging relevant audiences via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This project will involve strategy and crafting examples of post content. We are specifically in need of strategy recommendations for how to promote upcoming events and fundraising efforts through social media, while maintaining a well-balanced content calendar.

We are guided by an unwavering commitment to the pursuit of excellence in musical performance and education. To achieve this, we will mobilize collaborative efforts between American institutions and artists with their international counterparts. Connecting with our community, promoting upcoming events/fundraisers, and sharing updates is key to our success. In addition, finding skilled volunteers, impactful partnerships, and raising awareness on LinkedIn will help us grow. As a result, having a well managed social media is important.

We have very high quality photographs and some videos available from our launch event. We also have a website and a tentative logo in place which can be used for content (another Taproot volunteer is being recruited to finalize this piece).
