We are looking to implement a CRM as our organization, Science Based Targets Network (SBTN) moves from its startup chapter, and begins to scale. We envision this project encompassing three phases:

Phase 1: Discovery
-Develop a comprehensive understanding of SBTN's organizational structure, processes, and workflow.
-Explore various use cases and requirements for the CRM system.
-Identify key functionalities needed to address SBTN's unique needs and challenges.

Phase 2: Consultation
-Provide detailed recommendations on selecting an appropriate CRM system, considering factors such as scalability, customization options, and integration capabilities.
-Present a proposed implementation plan, outlining timelines, resources required, and budget considerations.
-Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with SBTN goals.

Phase 3: Configuration
-Work closely with the SBTN team to configure the chosen CRM system to align with specific requirements and use cases.
-Migrate existing data from legacy systems and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
-Provide training for our staff on managing and maximizing the new system, along with comprehensive documentation on system use and maintenance.
-Offer initial support following the implementation to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that arise during the early stages of use.

The Science Based Targets Network (SBTN) is a collaboration of scientists and sustainability experts from over 80 leading organizations: global environmental non-profits, international agencies and mission-driven entities. Over 2,600 companies have already set science-based targets for climate through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Science-based targets for nature help companies adopt a holistic roadmap for action on climate and nature in the face of mounting environmental and social crises. This project will allow us to:
-Increase SBTN’s reach and impact by effectively managing relationships with donors, companies, cities and other stakeholders.
-Improve operational efficiency by centralizing data and streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and minimizing duplication of efforts across functions.
-Use data and analytics from the CRM system to inform strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.
-Build capacity and scalability by implementing scalable processes, investing in staff training, and leveraging technology to support growth initiatives.

We have scoped this project.
