Project Overview
For 50 years Loudoun Therapeutic Riding has served adults and children with special needs in Loudoun County---only now this title no longer explains all that we do here. We are considering changing our name to encompass all that we do: adaptive horseback riding, adaptive carriage driving, hippotherapy, equine-assisted learning and equine-assisted psychotherapy. All of these services falls under the heading of equine-assisted services.
We need a new name and logo. We are building a strategic plan to map out our next 6 years--and we realize a new name is in order. We would like to come up with this brilliant new name so that we can introduce it at our 50th anniversary gala in November of 2024 at the Salamander Resort. Be a part of our future! Help us with this critical step to realize our potential. We recognize what got us to this point won't work in the future.
We hope to launch this new name/logo at our 50th anniversary gala in November. We will continue with a new website, pitch in our annual appeal and marketing for the coming year. Our board and staff are working on strategic planning and developing fundraising strategies---but the name and logo change seems daunting on top of the other work we are doing. Yet, the perfect name for the organization and logo, will represent our organization for years to come.
