This project aims to develop a business plan for our start-up organization. We would be like this business plan to be structured in a way that enables it to be easily utilized while we are drafting graft proposals. This will serve as a template for future grant applications, showcasing all the programs we offer and the methods in which we bring in revenue to support our services.

This approach will streamline our grant applications, enabling us to secure more funding to advance our mission. With 100% of our funds dedicated to programs and an all-volunteer staff, every dollar goes directly toward making a difference.We already have all the necessary information on our website, but now we need to translate it into grant language, ensuring it aligns with the requirements and expectations of grant applications.
