We have a cookbook and accompanying guide that needs to be professionally graphic designed and laid out so it can be printed as a book for all our affiliates.
Last year an expert CKP leader created a well thought-out cookbook and guide for our network to help them transform their food into healthy balanced meals. It can often be a tricky endeavor, as it's not typical cooking as you or I might do at home. Often, our affiliates do not have much choice in their ingredients and will have to cook with what they were given and have remaining. This cookbook and guide, if designed well could be a cornerstone to our work nation-wide and become the key resource in the arsenal of support we provide to our schools to help them make better tasting and healthier meals with the food they rescued.
The cookbook is already in a format that is simply designed. It's probably the best a layman could do who is not a professional graphic designer. We have already laid every recipe out page by page and indexed each recipe.
