South Carolina Association for Volunteer Administration
We need to migrate our new website to our custom domain and transfer DNS hosts. This used to be hosted by a web company for us, so we have all the domain & DNS info. Our new platform (Wild Apricot) has instructions to complete this process, but it exceeds our technical expertise! Having a branded URL is a critical component in getting the word out about our mission and making it easy for potential members to find us. As an all-volunteer run organization that supports those who lead and engage volunteers, we lack the technical skills to take our custom domain (scava.org) and register the DNS, add the domain to our existing webpage, and add a security certificate. We have instructions from our previous website host and our current website host on how to complete this process, all login information, and adequate permissions to complete this project. Our Board President will be available by phone / text / email / video conference to answer questions and provide resources.
SCAVA exists to educate, inspire, and support leaders in volunteer engagement to promote and engage the profession.
