Session Overview

Background: We are a small US 501(c)3 org. started in 2016 in need of bookkeeping, accounting, reporting support. We provide educational scholarships to women in low(er)-income countries. We have used Quickbooks to track financial transactions. We receive around $10k in donations from individual donors around the world - mostly via online platforms (e.g. GlobalGiving). Our transactions in Quickbooks are relatively few as we only give out 3-5 scholarships a year and receive most of our donations in bulk disbursements from online platforms.
We need guidance on:
1) Ensuring our Chart of Accounts (CoA) is correct
2) Ensuring our bookkeeping practices are sufficient/correct (i.e. align CoA with Quickbooks)
3) Filing Form 990 for FY2020
4) Preparation for an audit.
