7th Generation Foundation needs help with pretty much everything, but board development seemed like a great place to start because it is the foundation of the foundation. The founder, Dr. Susan Rich, is an activist for people affected by prenatal alcohol exposure (FASD/ND-PAE), as well as one of the only psychiatrists in the region specializing in that spectrum of conditions. She 7GF to help those affected as well as other neurodiverse young people through green care farming. I joined the team just before the pandemic, and have been helping as an employee/volunteer with other volunteers to keep things afloat, despite incredible obstacles. We need more of a team to really make this take off though. We're worn out and really busy. How can we build a solid board, given our circumstances?
