I need your help to make the most of our mission! Our program empowers young adults with disabilities to discover and grow their unique talents through vocational training and employment. I believe in our mission, but I am having difficulty developing our nonprofit and creating a solid foundation to move forward. Nonprofit Overview
S.T.E.P.S. is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young adults with disabilities through vocational training and employment. We are one of the only programs in our area for young adults with disabilities. Our program gives them the opportunity to gain essential vocational, independent living skills while also gaining a sense of purpose and community inclusion. Far too many young adults spend their days at home following high school due to their limited opportunities and we are working to change that.
