Session Overview
I'm part of a newly formed board for https://www.pikespeakchildrensmuseum.org/. We need help in getting some basic capabilities cleaned up and/or in place: CRM system, our email provider (using gmail not an organization domain or as far as I can tell an ESP!), digital media planning/scheduling, etc. We're a small organization so are looking at free/extremely low cost tools like betterworld.org, but I know there are many others like HubSpot, Humanitru, etc.
We need someone (or a team) who can help us identify the universe of options to improve our digital marketing capabilities, implement donor management and make fundraising at events easier, so that the board can select the right option(s) for our organization size & goals. The pro bono team will need to help audit the current process to identify gaps and opportunities.
I need help in identifying how far we can go with this project, and what documentation you need to be successful.
