Session Overview

Our nonprofit, S.T.E.P.S., is focused on empowering young adults with disabilities through vocational training and employment. We are one of the only programs for young adults with disabilities in our area. Our program allows them to gain essential vocational, independent living skills, a sense of purpose, and community inclusion. Far too many young adults spend their days at home following high school due to their limited opportunities, and we are working to change that. However, there is still a lot of work to do. We need help creating a clear marketing strategy that can get the word out about our program.
We primarily use social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), emails, and periodic in-person events to spread the word and solicit donations. Our followers have steadily increased, but our donations and product sales have not increased at the same pace. Any help is greatly appreciated!
