I just joined a small non-profit organization last month, and we are gathering in a few weeks to do a landscape analysis, swot analysis, define our clients/audience/programming, and in general come up with our strategic direction. The organization has been around for ~7 years in a much more focused and limited capacity, and with new leadership and new staff like myself, we are reestablishing our purpose and direction. I would love to work with someone to plan for this in person gathering, and get some direction on how to structure our time, how to facilitate these analyses, make decisions, etc., as well as any framework, template, or tools I could use.
