The end goal is to develop a series of emails used in the follow-up in recruiting staff. During this session I would like to brainstorm how to share the story, the story of why, of impact for both the staff and those we serve. We are a sports ministry and the wrinkle in hiring full time staff is - they must raise their own funding for their salary and ministry expenses. So the purpose of the emails series is to connect them to the why of ministry, provide encouragement and belief they can raise the funding (over 2100 already have), help them understand that if they are called to this ministry, God will provide the way. It would be fantastic if by the end of the session we have outlined an emails series that I could develop a project for on Taproot.
