Session Overview
Eastmont Community Center needs help finding a management software that can track and record client data to improve client progress/impact. It is our first time looking for a client management system to support our work. We want a system that will be able to pull all and specific data from clients like age, race, and income to form data visualizations that will help inform on client population being served, service programs each client uses, and individual client profiles to track their progress. Currently, we input all client information through physical intake assessments and write case notes by hand. We currently keep track of all client info (age, birthdate, first/last name) for each service program they use on a Microsoft Excel sheet for reporting only. We have looked at Salesforce and Amazon, but both were technical to use. We are not familiar with what kind of client management software other organizations use. If you have knowledge about effective client management systems that have helped nonprofit agencies review client data and that are free or less costly. What would be most helpful to us is seeing a demonstration of how the management software is being used and how data can be pulled from it and entered, it will give us a better understanding and narrow down what system we are looking for.
