Session Overview

We are a fledgling youth sports organization that has been pushed into fending for ourselves. We promote a great opportunity for the girls in our area to participate in a growing sector of youth sports, lacrosse.

Our problem is that we don't have a board and as a result one person is doing the majority of the board work.

We would like to form a plan to acquire the board members to grow the organization to support the underserved girls in our area.
