Session Overview
The scope of the project is retention of individual donors. Need to specify the types of communication used which include mail, email, social media and phone call. The categories includes 1st time donor, Milestone donation, Milestone years giving, Update(s) to include: Impact of gift and Program news, Donation anniversary, Special occasions to include: Birthdays and Anniversaries, Holidays to include: Jan 24 – Compliment Day, Feb 11 – Make a Friend Day, Feb 27 – No Brainer Day, Mar 26 – Make Up Your Own Holiday Day (donor appreciation day), June 1 – Say Something Nice Day, Sep 13 – Positive Thinking Day (you did something positive with your donation), Nov 13 – World Kindness Day, and Lapsed Donor that would be a One-day lapsed donor appeal. Need to create a monthly calendar and a monthly spreadsheet that breakdown and follows the path of how to communicate and keep in touch with the different type of scenarios of donor.
