Session Overview

Veternation Inc is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower veterans through outreach, education, and advocacy. We are seeking assistance with spearheading our veteran housing project. We have already begun working with our economic development center on grant funding. Our organization has a dedicated group of volunteers as well as forming an advisory board. Research in developing an operational and developmental budget developmental programs for mental health, low to moderate, and homeless veterans in Sanford, North Carolina. Veternation Inc is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower veterans through outreach, education, and advocacy. Veternation will establish the first ever transitional supportive housing program for veterans in the Sandhill area. Our supportive housing program will house co-ed veterans, regardless of their discharge characterization, for twelve- 24 months. Our veteran housing program has the ability to house 30 veterans at one time, 2 common area dayroom equipped with a computer lab, and a private conference room for our veterans to seek confidential services from the licensed attorneys and social workers who will be assisting our veterans with supportive services such as military discharge upgrades, family law, and individual therapy. As you see it’s a lot, but we are making the proper connections within our city to make everything come to life in the near future. Our team consists of a full board of directors, project manager, booker keep, and a wealth of volunteers to help in carrying out of vision.

Veternation is a proud veteran-operated nonprofit organization located in Sanford, North Carolina. Our mission is to empower community veterans through advocacy, outreach, and education. We assist community veterans with employment, resume writing, interview preparation courses, financial literacy, and VA education and compensation claims. As community care coordinators, we are able to provide referrals, case management, and service coordination.
