Looking for someone who can help me write up the scope of work for a strategic planning retreat facilitator. Looking for a facilitator to help keep us on task as well as develop some key deliverables. Want to talk through some scoping of what that should look like so we can formally ask here in taproot or elsewhere. Have an idea of timing, need to be realistic on what we can accomplish in the timeframe and what prep work will need done ahead of time etc.
