Overall, I'd like to talk about revamping an existing WordPress Novo theme website with a WooCommerce site, program explanations, and a stellar landing page, please. I have a specific problem I'm trying to address at this time: putting a Zeffy donation mechanism and form onto the site with Recaptcha and other securities that might help protect Delta (we had some card-testing fraud) and also donors' private CC or debit card information.

There are three phases I'd like to clarify better:

(1) getting a basic, functional site up or revising a few key pages and taking the others offline so we have a decent place for people to visit ASAP,

(2) really flushing out a nicely flowing, well-organized, engaging site with about 20 pages or so of information on programs, reports, press release page(s), board members, calendar, etc., that has a sign-up request option that is clear but timed (so goes away after a while and re-presents at regular times but isn't overbearing) and a similar mechanism for donation,

(3) fully optimizing the site with disability accessibility, SEO, sales funnels, and, possibly, coordinating a full digital marketing campaign.

I'm trying to clarify the 3 phases so a simple "need a website" doesn't become an endless scope creep situation. I want to communicate clearly our needs. The most immediate need is a secure donation mechanism, and a very basic but organized site revamp or new site up. Thanks!
