I need someone to bounce ideas and thoughts with! Our nonprofit program plans to scale through Train the Trainer. Having said that, I have no idea how to figure out our pricing, marketing plan, design/structure for a program like ours since it's so different! I created a grassroots nonprofit program that never existed, where there are no workbooks because people learn differently. Instead, we do everything together in a live, hybrid, or virtual experience.
