We have done a strategic plan and board training for officers to understand their roles and responsibilities. We are now looking to recruit new board members as the organization continues to grow, and many of our members are retirees or up in age. But before getting involved in board recruitment, we need training on how to set it up, recruitment criteria, onboarding, etc.
