We survey our partners (food pantries, homeless shelters, etc.) annually. We would like a new set of eyes to look at our partner survey and provide feedback. We are looking for customer satisfaction, and to capture data from them. Our partners are required to fill this out in order to continue to receive diapers from us, so we get a great return rate.
