Step 2: Interview

You'll have a 30 minute call to discuss the scope and deliverables of the project directly with Advance Social Innovation, and for them to confirm you're a good fit.

Step 3: Start

Once accepted, you'll be able to get right to work. We will check in with you periodically to make sure you have everything you need.

You will champion the development of ASI brand across all social channels, and act as the social gatekeeper, upholding the creative standards and best practices for all content published on ASI’s main channels.
You will be responsible for scaling the operations and impact of ASI’s social media accounts across all platforms. This includes ASI’s main brand account across Twitter, Facebook, and others.
Some typical responsibilities include:
Educate yourself, with help of PM, about key ASI programs, projects, and campaigns to know what is to be promoted when and where on social media
Stay up to date with social media trends and innovations, new platforms and channels, and making strategic recommendations on ASI’s approach to each opportunity
Create a social media editorial calendar based on above
Coordinate with PM and marketing to prepare and publish marketing contents
Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize social media content
Promote content on monitor engagement
Use A/B testing to optimize social media campaigns
Use analytics to prove success/failures of given social media campaigns
What we’re looking for…
Minimum of 1-2 years related experience
Must commit to 6-10 hours per week
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
Portfolio and/or published articles
Previous work and hands on experience using social media outlets for business goals
Hands-on experience with using advertising skills in LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
Excellent writing and editing skills in English

CrowdDoing helps social enterprises address gaps in human capital and financial capital. It is designed to help social enterprises to scale and compete successfully alongside companies that have no or minimal social missions. It helps early-stage social enterprises address gaps in human capital by giving them affordable access to highly-skilled volunteers.
