Project Overview

Come Alive Outside is looking for an experienced tech professional that has used Zoom to host virtual events in the past to offer Zoom training to our team prior to our Virtual Design Challenge in the fall.

We are looking for someone to do the following:

- Commit to 3 training sessions (1 hour each) to go over all the meeting options on zoom
- Answer technical questions about how to use the breakout functions, whiteboard functions, etc.
- Share best practices and pitfalls

The Come Alive Outside Design Challenge creates the opportunity for college, high school, elementary and preschool students to work together with landscape professionals to design and build natural schoolyards and playspaces in communities across North America! These Zoom training sessions will allow us to make best use of the platform for our Virtual Design Challenge this fall. You can browse through information on last year's challenge here:
To prepare for the Zoom training session, we will be sure to equip our staff with access to Zoom. We are currently using this platform for one on one meetings as a team, but would like to take this opportunity to dive deeper into the options we can use for our large scale virtual event in the fall.
