Marketing strategy development
We are looking for a strong marketing strategy or template that will target major gift contributors to our home but we also want it to be flexible enough we can adjust it so it also appeals to the majority of our donors who are smaller contributors. We also need to be able to use this in multiple platforms as our donors rage in age from their 20's to their 90's. A template would allow us to also integrate our annual fundraisers into our advertising and carry a consistent message. Another piece to this is we are in a rural area of upstate NY so media outlets are limited. We have a very minimal budget as the work we do here is dependent solely on donations. Let's face it, at some point in our lives, we are going to care for a loved one who is dying. Comfort care homes, like Pathway Home, provide a home with an "extended family" (mostly of volunteers from the community) to care for 2 people at a time who are on hospice services. We not only care for them but help their families too. We do it all without charge. We depend on our donors to keep our doors open. Getting donors is a challenge. We are unique in what we do as an organization and we don't fit into any one "category" but we deal with something that affects all of us without exception. We are in need of a great marketing campaign that attracts large and small donors alike and focuses on the positive aspect of what we do. We don't serve thousands of people. We are small but what we do for the people we serve is huge. Please consider taking us on, helping us to develop a clear and concise message and continue to be successful. We have a website, Facebook presence, Instagram account along with the capacity to do a mailing. We already do a monthly radio spot with our local talk radio station and have the capability to expand that to other radio stations in that group. One concise message also allows our staff, volunteers and board members go out to the community and engage community groups and individuals.
Pathway Home provides quality care to the dying, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in a supportive home environment, while respecting their individuality and maintaining their dignity in their final days. Admission is based solely on need without regard to their age, gender, race, or spiritual beliefs. There are no fees for the services provided.

Step 2: Interview
You'll have a 30 minute call to discuss the scope and deliverables of the project directly with Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes Inc., and for them to confirm you're a good fit.
Step 3: Start
Once accepted, you'll be able to get right to work. We will check in with you periodically to make sure you have everything you need.
