Project need

SmartSheets Training- Our team of Stewardship Managers, responsible for maintaining and improving the 118 Trustees properties around the state of Massachusetts, are looking to leverage SmartSheets as a project management tool. They are in need of SmartSheets training in order to be able to extract the full benefits of the tool and so we are in search of a trainer. There is a team of 5 and training might additionally include 2 or 3 members of the IT team that support them.

In general, we are looking to optimize our ability to automate processes in smartsheet.

Specifically, we’d also like to:

Connect email and calendars
Uae automation to minimize administration time
Gain a more thorough understanding of dashboard and report functionality
Move data from multiple sheets into a single report or dashboard.

The Trustees of Reservations is the nation's oldest and largest statewide land conservation organization. Our dedicated team preserve and maintain for public use 118 properties around the state. They range from beaches, to farms, to historic homes, to hiking trails, and everywhere in between. As a non-profit we are always looking for ways to meet this mission at the lowest cost possible and we believe that providing our team with a deeper understanding of SmartSheets will help them to do that. The team is already licensed and using SmartSheets, hopefully after some training they will be doing so more effectively. They are eager for more robust skills to be able to manage their budgets, time, and projects effectively.
